Biography

I graduated in Aerospace engineering at the University of Pisa in 2005. From the same University I also obtained a PhD in Nuclear and Industrial Safety in 2010, partially carried out in France at CEA/Grenoble.
In 2010 I joined JRC for a post-doc position in Petten, where I was mainly dealing with modelling of hydrogen safety issues related to transport and storage applications. Since 2013 I work as Scientific Project officer at JRC in Ispra, where I actively contribute to the Sustainable Transport Unit activities in the field of e-mobility. In particular, I am responsible for testing campaigns aimed at assessing the energy efficiency performance of electric vehicles.
