Element Energy


Alex Stewart is a director of Element Energy. He studied natural sciences at Cambridge University and Environmental Technology and Imperial Collage London before joining Element. He currently leads Elementís transport practice, delivering a wide range of projects from technical studies of low carbon vehicle powertrains to advice on new transport policies and real-world vehicle demonstrations. He also specialises in market research, carrying out some of the largest quantitative studies to date on customer attitudes to new vehicles and mobility options and developing projections of future demand. Alex is also highly active in European demonstrations of fuel cell vehicles (such as the flagship H2ME project), leading the review of business models and market research work on the early users of vehicles and refuelling infrastructure.
